Tips for managing anxiety

1. Let go of the "shoulds" and ask yourself what you really WANT.

2. Connect with your senses. Start by just taking time every day to connect with each of your senses. It is a great start to building up to a mindfulness practice that re-connects you with the present and gets you out of your head.

3. Let it out. Anxiety seems to grow the more it is held in. Find people you can talk to about what you're feeling and consider starting a practice of journaling when anxiety is high.
