Anxiety
Persistent worry about things big and small. Fear of saying or doing the wrong thing. Frequently overthinking things. Difficulty sleeping or relaxing.
OCD
Obsessing over the same things, over and over. Using compulsive actions (rumination, checking, washing, etc.) to try and decrease the anxiety but the feeling never lasts.
Trauma
Following a traumatic incident, you view the world in a new way. Anxiety follows you because the world no longer feels like a safe place.
Stress
You’ve got too much on your plate. Attempts to keep everything going just add to the stress and fatigue. It can be hard to know what to say no to and where to let things go.
