Anxiety

Persistent worry about things big and small. Fear of saying or doing the wrong thing. Frequently overthinking things. Difficulty sleeping or relaxing.

OCD

Obsessing over the same things, over and over. Using compulsive actions (rumination, checking, washing, etc.) to try and decrease the anxiety but the relief never lasts.

Trauma

Following a traumatic incident or upbringing, you view the world in a new way. Anxiety follows you because the world no longer feels like a safe place.

Stress

You’ve got too much on your plate. It’s har d to juggle it all - kids, bills, work, news, etc. It can be hard to know what to say no to and where to let things go. But you know you don’t want to keep feeling this way.

No matter how hard you try, sometimes you just can’t shake the anxiety.

Maybe you find yourself overthinking every detail, always doubting yourself. You have a hard time relaxing. Your mind is rarely quiet, and for some reason it’s hard not to think about what might go wrong.

Whether you’ve tried therapy before, or this is your first time, I’m happy you’re here! I’d love to walk through this journey with you. My style is casual (swearing and humor are more than welcome).
